Meet Hanna!

My interest in baking and cooking began as an intern on a natural process farm, where I first experienced the pleasure of cooking with the freshest ingredients.

I have been baking breads and viennoiserie professionally in Bay Area bakeries and restaurants since 2014. My approach to baking is centered around whole grains, seasonal ingredients, and using natural sweeteners wherever possible.

I am certified as a Holistic Chef through Bauman College, allowing me to optimize nutrition in foods. I can accommodate any dietary restriction, though I have the most experience catering to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets.

I found a passion for cooking with seasonal ingredients while traveling the country farming.

I have been cooking professionally for 10 years and baking for 5 years. I found a home in the tranquil world of bakeries when I moved to the Bay Area in 2020. My exploration of the craft of sourdough led to an interest in working with whole grains. My goal is to make nutritious whole foods interesting to everyone through delicious flavors.

These days you can find me experimenting in the bakery with sourdough and tinkering in the kitchen with seasonal produce.
