Agnolotti w/ Arugula-Basil Pesto Ricotta (Serves 2)

This agnolotti is made with our golden durum pasta then stuffed with a ricotta-pesto made from our homegrown arugula & basil. Pesto is also made with pine nuts, parmesan, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice.

Agnolotti is made fresh and flash frozen, ready for you to cook at your convenience. Simply bring home and boil in salted water to prepare. We'll provide the instructions.

Sauce not included. Recommended pairing is with our vegetarian red sauce or slow-cooked beef & pork ragu.
