Cranberry beans from Iacopi Farms are the star of this galette. Paired with English peas, zucchini, sweet peppers (jimmy nardellos?), caramelized leeks & ricotta. Topped with grated cheese & herbs before baking.

So satisfying and nourishing, it makes a great meal. The crust is whole grain, made with a soft white whole wheat pastry flour.
