Cheesy Fougasse w/ Caramelized Onions & Spicy Pepper

Sourdough fougasse with sweet caramelized onions & a little bit of a spicy pepper (variety dependent on farmer's market availability on Thursday...likely in the spice range of a serrano or jalapeno). Topped with pepper jack cheese before baking.

A somewhat personal size so you don't have to share if you don't want to.
