Plum Galette w/ Fennel Pistachio Cream & Apricot Jam

This galette's base is a pistachio cream infused with fresh fennel pollen giving background notes of fennel. It's topped apricot jam and sliced plums. The crust is whole grain, made with a soft white whole wheat pastry flour.
