Calling all pasta lovers! Are you ready to make ravioli from scratch? This class is full of opportunities to build your ravioli skills. You will mix, roll, fill, shape, and cook beautiful stuffed pasta, made with your own hands. We will bring the prepped components for you to “build” flavors to your own taste.  At the end of class we’ll all enjoy our pasta together. You’ll go home with full bellies, fresh techniques, and new recipes to wow your friends and family with your newfound skills. 

The menu includes a durum egg pasta dough stuffed with a seasonal filling of your choosing. We’ll show you a couple of different ravioli shaping methods for you to practice. The sauce that we serve over the ravioli will be a delicious example of a potential pairing for your homemade pastas in the future.
