Pastel de Nata

Pastel de nata is a single serving Portuguese egg custard custard tart in a puff pastry crust. The sweet egg custard is flavored with lemon peel & cinnamon stick. The crust is a flaky puff dough. The components make a heavenly combination of textures and flavors. 

Puff dough is type 80 wheat, soft white whole wheat, and hard white whole wheat flours. Made with French Beurre d'Isigny.
