Bright Basil Pea Pesto - 8oz

This pesto is the recommended pairing for the cappellacci. It's inspired by the bounty of early summer. We combine basil, parsley, pine nuts, parmesan, garlic & extra virgin olive oil AND add sweet English peas. A portion of the peas are pureed while the rest are left whole for little sweet pops of flavor! Bright, herbaceous, and balanced. What more could you ask for?
