Toasted Mustard Seed & Flax Levain

A beautiful sourdough levain with toasted yellow mustard seeds & flax seeds mixed into the dough. 

Naturally leavened sourdough bread with 80% whole wheat (stone ground hard white & stone ground hard red) and 20% type 80 wheat flour. This loaf is primarily Central Milling organic flour, but also will have some stone ground hard white whole wheat from Farmer Mai.
